OPTION 1 - 4" x 2" TIMBER FRAME OVERBASE
Perfect for creating a strong and level foundation for uneven solid areas such as old concrete, tarmac or existing slabs. Take the guesswork and sleepless nights on whether the old base is suitable by having this treated timber frame fitted on the day. Please note that this needs pre-ordering as it is delivered at the same time as the building. 
THIS 4" x 2" FRAME IS SUITABLE UP TO 6" FALL - not supplied with any skirting - not suitable for grass or soft ground areas.  
 
OPTION 2 - HEAVY DUTY FOUNDATION FRAME - for soft ground or grass
Subject to a site survey - this option provides a timber frame that is secured in place with plastic posts concreted into the ground. Constructed with 4" x 2" treated timber and pre installed prior to the building delivery. Price includes frame and fitting - no skirting included. Please note that waste debris is left on site within the frame area.
